Hi! I’m Alma. I’m a Senior Game and World Designer.

My work and projects focus on bridging Technology and Narrative, primarily in games, but also in traditional and performing art forms.

In the Games industry I started out as a Level Designer at The Sandbox in Lyon, France, where I also served as the bridge between Narrative and Level Design teams and created the base lore for the game. After years of deep engagement with our proprietor engine I joined the development tech team in Buenos Aires to enhance it and build tools for our internal designers, first as a Senior Technical Level Designer, and then finally as a Gameplay Product Owner, driving a team of 10+ people and taking ownership of the game mechanics and design.

I currently work in Spain as a Senior Living World Designer at Fool’s Theory, developing The Witcher Remake from scratch in Unreal Engine 5.

I also gave a series of lectures on Level and Narrative Design catered to junior and intermediate students as a Visiting Lecturer in Punta del Este, Uruguay.

I write and paint, and have a published book of poetry (Mujeres Malas, ed. Bruta, 2018). Feel free to reach out if you have an interesting concept you’d like to develop, I’m always open to new ideas.
